Delivery and collection
Your order, on its way.
We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days.
Choose InPost Locker or Pickup for £3.50, or InPost Home Delivery for £4.95 at checkout. If delivery to a selected location requires an additional delivery cost, we will contact you before dispatch. You can approve the cost or cancel for a full refund.
Local collection in E15 is free. Email hello@lilember.com with your order number and we will arrange a time.
Returns and cancellations
If something is not right.
If you change your mind about an online order, email hello@lilember.com within 14 days of receiving it. Please email before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, send the item back within 14 days.
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for the return postage. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Food jars must remain sealed and unopened. We cannot accept opened or unsealed food back for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
Once you contact us, we will confirm the return instructions.
If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos. We will put it right and cover reasonable return costs where needed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Always check the label on your jar before eating. The product page and jar label set out the current ingredients, storage guidance and best-before information.

We use your contact details to respond to enquiries, arrange collection and send newsletters only when you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Stripe processes card payments securely. Lil Ember does not see or store your full card number. We use order and delivery details to process purchases, fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet our accounting obligations. EmailOctopus manages newsletter and restock-list email addresses.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law. You can ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing us. If you have a concern, please contact us first. You can also raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
